Soggy
Context
Soggy House was an artist collaborative that hosted experiential events in Portland, Oregon. Their vision was to build a space where local creatives could meet and make music and art together. I was tasked with redefining their branding by proposing new creative directions for their graphics and merch. As a lover of all things Oregon & art, I was excited to embark of this project.
Process
I gathered insights from the Soggy House creators through an interview to get a sense for their initial assets and social media posts. Then, I researched and curated mood boards for each of my 4 directions. Following this, I designed all of my creative assets in Adobe softwares and Maxon Cinema 4D.
Challenges
1. Integrating elements of an existing brand such as color, values, and vision into several different directions.
2. Identifying unique ways to display these visuals to stakeholders.

Working through this redirect for Soggy House deepened my skills in expanding and refreshing brands. I learned to deliver adaptable, cohesive solutions while working with complex creative elements such as product mockups, 3D models & renders, and graphics. I truly enjoyed designing for them due to my deep connections to creativity, art, and the natural world.
